Match
Match copies the exposure, contrast and color of a reference photo onto your photo. It doesn’t copy the reference’s content.
Tap Select a photo to match its look and pick a photo from your library. When editing a photo, you can also pick one of your drafts. The reference then shows as a thumbnail. Tap the thumbnail to change it.
Strength sets how much of the match is applied. Match brightness sets how much of the reference’s brightness your photo takes. At 0, your photo keeps its own brightness. Match contrast takes the reference’s black and white levels and some of its contrast. Match colors takes the reference’s color cast and saturation, including the tint in its shadows, midtones and highlights. Protect skin keeps skin tones closer to the original.
Match works on the photo after the film and print, so choose those first. If you change the film, print or crop later, Match again lights up. Tap it to measure again with the same reference. Remove deletes the reference.
A black and white reference turns your photo black and white. Match is saved in presets and copied with Paste. A pasted series gets the same correction on every photo. On a clip, Match measures frames from across the whole clip.
