Erase
Paint over anything you want gone and it’s rebuilt to match its surroundings. The work is done on your device by Big-LaMa, an open source inpainting model – nothing leaves your phone. It downloads the first time you use it.
Cover the object completely, a little past its edge; the fill happens when you lift your finger. Pinch to zoom for small things. Undo steps back a stroke, Reset clears them all, and Retry rolls the last fill again if you don’t like it.
It’s at its best on distinct objects against simple backgrounds – sky, water, walls, grass. Big removals and busy backgrounds can leave smudges, and a second pass usually cleans them up.
Erasing happens underneath your edit, so the film look carries on over the repair.
